Taking care of your child's teeth is even more important if a cleft of the gum or palate are present than it is for children without a cleft.
The following advice sheet has been written by the dentists at Children's Hospital Ireland. It will help keep your child's teeth in their best condition, which is especially important for later bone grafting and orthodontic treatment.
